Founded in 2016 as a joint venture with e-Merge Real Estate, Northwest Advantage launched with the desire to create more dedicated support to e-Merge’s growing footprint throughout Central Ohio. Over the years, we have grown to support real estate agents and lenders located throughout Ohio and Northern Kentucky, leveraging the resources and office locations of Northwest Title to serve customers wherever they are. Key parts of our success are related to optimizing technology, focusing on customer service, and using our own notary closers, so that we can provide Closing the Northwest Way for all customers that choose Northwest Advantage.
