Greg Shak, Director, Commercial Services, is a trained systems engineer and licensed title agent with extensive experience advising real estate industry professionals on matters related to commercial property transactions. His title insurance claims litigation background, combined with his underwriting counsel experience, inform his holistic view of how to bring a detailed, solution-oriented approach to getting complex commercial development deals closed. With a background in patent law license, Greg is well suited to work closely with founders, innovators, and early-stage companies in real estate and various affiliated industries to assist them in navigating the array of different legal challenges encountered by business owners and their growing companies.

Brad Linville, Manager, Commercial Services, is a trusted and experienced real estate attorney with 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Brad has closed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions with local and national clients, developers, brokers, lenders and attorneys. Brad manages the workflow and overall function of the Commercial Division escrow and underwriting team, and mentors the team when solving complex title issues and closing complex transactions. Brad also acts as a liaison between Northwest Title and the commercial real estate industry, introducing clients to the Commercial Division’s services.
