Our History as Buckeye Land Title Company

Buckeye Land Title Company was founded in 1966, enjoying a long tradition of offering closing and title services to local lenders, real estate agents, and clients. Their service areas included Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky, including Hamilton, Butler, Warren, Clermont, Brown, Campbell, Boone, and Kenton counties.

In 2020, Buckeye Land Title joined the Northwest Title Family of Companies, allowing them to expand their resources beyond Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Charles (Chip) Brigham, III, now serves as Regional Counsel in the Cincinnati market and is also a partner in The Holfinger Stevenson Law Firm, where he is able to continue his real property focused legal practice. 

Buckeye Land Title, AKA Northwest Title - Delhi, continues to operate in the same office, managed by Buckeye Land Title's own Scott Barsan.
