Jonathan Holfinger, Esq., OLTP, NTP 
President/Principal 

Jonathan is a licensed attorney and title insurance agent in multiple states, and was the owner of Arrow Title Agency prior to its merger with Northwest Title in 2013.  Jonathan has been awarded the National Title Professional (NTP) Designation by the American Land Title Association (ALTA®) and the Ohio Land Title Professional Designation by the Ohio Land Title Association (OLTA).  These highly distinguished achievements demonstrate Jonathan's knowledge and experience in, and dedication to the land title industry.  Jonathan oversees the general operations of the company, working closely with escrow and administrative staff. Jonathan's role encompasses many things, but you might find him teaching classes for realtors, solving closing problems, or providing counsel on real estate contracts. He is a 2002 graduate of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Karen Kitchen
Senior VP, Escrow

Karen manages our Escrow Branch Managers and helps assure that our day-to-day escrow operations run smoothly. She helps with strategic planning, management of our staff, oversight of our escrow banking practices, and she also assists in all aspects of customer service, including conducting closings. Karen previously was Chairperson of Northwest Select Title Agency, LLC, prior to being promoted into her current role in 2013.

Teresa Geiger
Senior VP, Title

With over twenty years in the title insurance industry, Teresa leads our Title Department with her underwriting expertise. She has served as a licensed Ohio title insurance agent since 2007, and possesses a wide spectrum of experience in our industry which includes in-depth transactional expertise; title underwriting; remittance reporting; and production management. Teresa was named as Arrow Title Agency’s 2012 “Employee of the Year”, and was the 2013 “Manager of the Year”, as part of the Northwest Title Family of Companies.
