James Scott Stevenson (Scott)
President/Corporate Counsel
Top
Scott handles most of the title underwriting and all of the legal questions for the company. He’d like it to be known that even though he is Donna and Bill’s son, he rose through the ranks on his own merit and can still change the toner in the copy machine with the best of them. Scott is active in local, state, and national industry associations but his first love is doing closings. He is a 1995 graduate of Capital Law School.
William W. Stevenson, II
Chief Executive Officer
Top
As the founder and CEO of Northwest Title, Bill enjoys a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable, and perhaps the most meticulous, title agents in Central Ohio. For the past 37 years he has solved title problems and closed transactions with a nose to the grindstone and an eye on the details. It’s this philosophy that has made him a trusted and respected leader.
Donna F. Stevenson
Senior Vice-President/General Manager
Top
Donna leads and assists all managers on a daily basis. She loves meeting people through closings and growing the business. Additionally, her duties run the gamut from taking a lint roller to an untidy manager’s suit to insuring that decaffeinated green tea bags are always available in the boardroom. Although a mere 12 years old when she began her career, nary a detail has escaped her discerning eye.
Liz Davis
Vice President, Chief Operations Officer
Top
Liz is a very technical person. Which means, basically, we can rely on her to take care of everything we don’t understand. She handles all of our computer needs. She handles all of our internet needs. She’s even been known to fix some of our equipment with her own bare hands. Favorite movie: "Revenge of the Nerds".
Paul Nyikes
Chief Financial Officer
Top
Talk about your attention to detail! Paul brings over 25 years of accounting experience as an Auditor, Financial Analyst, Budget Specialist and Controller/CFO. Interestingly enough, Paul spent a few years selling real estate and also 4 years processing and closing residential real estate transactions. This provides Paul with a unique perspective relating to the financial aspects of the title industry. Besides his job, Paul is passionate about 2 black Labs, his 350Z, the Columbus Blue Jackets, rollerblading and college lacrosse.
Anne Helge
Manager, Commercial & Residential Department
Top
Just like her name, Anne Seaton-Helge lives a double life. When she is not overseeing the Commercial Closing Division for Northwest Title, she likes to spend her time sitting on the beach in Florida or skating on the ice playing Hockey for a local team. This produces an interesting conflict for Anne, but one thing is for sure, there will be no conflict in one of her Commercial Closings or she'll deck ya!
Rozann Dowdy
Manager, Northwest Select Title Agency, LLC
Top
Rozann has always been a very particular woman, beginning with her name. She goes by “Rozi” but insists it be spoken as “Rosie.” She leads the crew with the kind of quality assurance that comes from years of correcting people on the right pronunciation of one’s name.
Karen Kitchen
Vice President, Chairperson Northwest Title Select Title Agency, LLC
Top
Karen develops and helps manage new joint venture title agencies for the company. Karen also enjoys doing closings, but it is her particular attention to the minutia of each partnership that has helped all involved to thrive. Although her name implies otherwise, she is an abysmal cook and should not be allowed to operate the office coffee machine.
Carol Yates
Manager, Northwest Title Select Title Agency, LLC
Top
Carol has a real head for numbers. She came to us from the financial industry, specifically in the area of lending. She’s a natural leader, an excellent closer, and when it comes time to calculate the tip for lunch, she’s always our top choice.
Dian Fravel
Manager, Northwest Title East
Top
Since she joined our company in 1998, Dian has developed a reputation for hard work, dedication and complete commitment to client service. Prior to being in the title business, Dian ran her own commercial cleaning business, where she worked so hard, she completely cleaned the "e" off her first name. No wonder we promoted her to Manager of our Northwest Title East office.
